The first Wednesday in May, June and
July; we will have a Supper and Service at 5:30 p.m., as
we did in Lent.
The supper will be catered for us for $5.00 per person.
Please plan to come, and if you do, please reply
by email now and
say "reserve a supper for me (or for me and my spouse, etc) for May
6." (during the Lenten meals we did have a bit of a challenge when a lot
more people showed up than had signed up, so please let us know). An
email reply should make it easy for you. You may also sign up "old
school" on the real piece of paper on the kitchen counter at church.
Old school is still cool with us.

Don't want to drive at night? No problem; we are arranging rides with
people in your neighborhood. Just let us know, in the same email
reply, "I need a ride". And then tell us if you prefer Lexus or Caddy's (just kidding).
What kind of service? Like during Lent, quiet music, some scripture,
time for prayer, lighting candles; it's a great way to calm the spirit
and quiet the heart.
Why May 6th? Because we are testing the waters with 3 monthly
Wednesday suppers and services, the first Wednesday in May, June and July
(we were thinking that August many of us will be somewhere else,
looking for shade).
So the dates are:
May 6th,June 3rd and July 1st
